Our school is a happy place that has children at heart and in mind in all that we do. We strive to offer the richest learning experiences where everyone achieves more than they thought possible, within a caring, dynamic and appreciative ethos.  With this in mind, at Wood Street Infant school the remote education provision is planned to enable this.  The ethos of this provision is centred around keeping connections within our school community, re-creating elements of the classroom online, and maintaining a sense of normality for our children and families.  At Wood Street Infant school, we plan to be flexible and responsive to our children and family’s needs in the same way that we would in the classroom.  Our remote education provision will be well sequenced and will aim to seamlessly continue the learning taking place in school, providing a high quality, broad and ambitious curriculum.  This will be teamed with frequent and clear contact in the form of written and recorded feedback, video conferencing and an open dialect with all parties.
