Tree Tops Clubs are very excited to be the new after school care club provider at Wood Street Infant School from January 2022.

Our clubs are led by experienced and trained staff all of whom are passionate about working with children and ensuring that each afternoon is one to remember.

  • Our After school club will run daily from 3pm – 6pm each afternoon at a cost of £13 for a contract booking or £14 for an ad hoc session.
  • We will be providing themed sessions on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons from 3pm – 4pm, the cost of which are included in the pricing above, or can be booked separately for £7. These sessions will be Gardening (Wednesday), Science (Thursday) and Craft (including Cookery) (Friday), giving children even more opportunities to try something new!
  • Children can also join us after their Top Sports session from 4pm for a charge of £8.

What does a session include?

  • All sessions include a variety of play opportunities for the children attending.
  • Drinks are included in all sessions and those attending either the full session or the Top Sports bolt on will also receive a healthy snack during the afternoon.

Across the country, Tops Sports provide various different after-school clubs every day for all ages from Early Years – Year 6. Each Tops Sports club runs directly after school, on selected days for an hour during the school term-time.

At Tops Sports we believe in creating opportunities for children to participate in sports. The variety of sports on offer means there is something for everyone. Our Tops Sports clubs can be tailored to keep up with school demand or alternatively can be regularly changed to support the engagement of more pupils. Please read the information carefully when considering whether to book and make sure you are aware of the terms and conditions of booking. All bookings and payments will need to be made directly to the school, unless stated otherwise (see above).  If you choose to pay online please state this on the booking form and your payment will be set up on SchoolMoney in due course.

Payments must be made before the start date of each half term.

All clubs (apart from those booked through Surrey Arts) can be paid for on a half-termly basis, but If you book a place on any club you are committing for the entire term.

If any club becomes fully booked you can put your child’s name on a waiting list, but this does not guarantee that a space will become available.  If a space becomes available during the term, that space will be offered to the person at the top of the list until it has been filled.  Waiting lists will not carry across to the next term.
