Healthy Eating Week

posted 22 Jun 2016, 00:10 by Charlotte Chapman   [ updated 15 Nov 2016, 03:55 ]

Last week across the school we were celebrating healthy eating week.  The children explored the importance of healthy eating and how to stay healthy through food and exercise.  As part of this our very own 'Bake Off' Contestant Stu Henshall came in to cook healthy treats with the kids.  Each child helped to cook some delicious veggie muffins, they were a HUGE hit! Check out below to see some of the children in action.

posted 29 Mar 2016, 08:06 by Charlotte Chapman   [ updated 29 Mar 2016, 08:07 ]

We sadly had to say goodbye to the blocks on the last day of the spring term.  We had an absolutely amazing time exploring and learning with them.  During the last week we made a story chair, built a sentence wall, created a castle, made word blocks, built a maze and even programmed a beebot through it! Check out the photos below to see this all in action.

A huge thank you to www.everblockhire.co.uk for making this happen!
